Comentários

O perfil ASP.NET é usado para armazenar e recuperar as configurações do usuário em uma fonte de dados, como um banco de dados. O perfil do usuário é acessado usando a Profile propriedade do atual HttpContext. Informações de perfil e valores de propriedade são gerenciados usando um provedor de perfil.

A ProfileManager classe é usada para gerenciar as configurações de perfil, pesquisar perfis de usuário e excluir perfis de usuário que não estão mais em uso. A ProfileManager classe fornece métodos estáticos e propriedades que podem ser acessadas referenciando a classe no código do ProfileManager aplicativo. Para obter um exemplo, consulte a seção Exemplo neste tópico e exemplos adicionais nos tópicos para membros da ProfileManager classe .

Por padrão, o perfil de usuário está desabilitado para todos os aplicativos ASP.NET. Para habilitar o perfil de usuário, defina o enabled atributo do elemento de configuração de perfil como true, conforme mostrado no exemplo a seguir.

Um provedor de perfil é usado para armazenar e recuperar propriedades no perfil do usuário. O .NET Framework inclui uma SqlProfileProvider classe que armazena propriedades de perfil de usuário em um banco de dados do SQL Server. Uma SqlProfileProvider instância chamada AspNetSqlProvider é especificada na configuração do computador como o provedor de perfil padrão. A AspNetSqlProvider instância se conecta ao banco de dados do SQL Server no servidor Web local. Você pode especificar um SqlProfileProvider que se conecta a outro SQL Server como o provedor de perfil padrão usando o elemento de configuração de provedores e o defaultProvider atributo do elemento de configuração de perfil , conforme mostrado no exemplo a seguir.

ApplicationName	Obtém ou define o nome do aplicativo para o qual as informações de perfil serão armazenadas e recuperadas.
AutomaticSaveEnabled	Obtém um valor que indica se o perfil do usuário será automaticamente salvo no final da execução de uma página ASP.NET.
Enabled	Obtém um valor que indica se o perfil do usuário está habilitado para o aplicativo.
Provider	Obtém uma referência ao provedor de criação de perfil padrão para o aplicativo.
Providers	Obtém uma coleção de provedores de criação de perfil para o aplicativo ASP.NET.
