Комментарии

Stopwatch Если класс использует счетчик производительности с высоким разрешением, GetTimestamp возвращает текущее значение этого счетчика. Stopwatch Если класс использует системный таймер, GetTimestamp возвращает текущее DateTime.Ticks свойство экземпляра DateTime.UtcNow .
