Initializes a new instance of the ProvideWorkspaceSettingsAttribute class.

RelativeSettingsJsonPath	Gets the relative path to the settings.json file that exists inside of the extension.
SettingName	Gets or sets the setting name. Defaults to a random GUID generated during the construction of the object.
SettingsType	Gets the type of settings (e.g. "VSWorkspaceSettings").
