Как правило, возвращает только true в том случае, IsEquivalentInstaller если этот установщик и установщик, указанный параметром otherInstaller , устанавливают один и тот же объект. В этом случае вызов Install метода или Uninstall в любом установщике приводит к тому же состоянию системы.
