Класс ZipFileExtensions содержит только статические методы, расширяющие классы ZipArchive и ZipArchiveEntry . Экземпляр класса не создается ZipFileExtensions ; вместо этого используются эти методы из экземпляров ZipArchive или ZipArchiveEntry.

Чтобы использовать методы расширения, необходимо ссылаться на сборку System.IO.Compression.FileSystem в проекте. Сборка System.IO.Compression.FileSystem недоступна в приложениях Магазина Windows 8.x. Поэтому классы ZipFileExtensions и ZipFile (оба из которых находятся в сборкеSystem.IO.Compression.FileSystem) недоступны в приложениях Магазина Windows 8.x.
