Комментарии

PeerEndPoint Является ли элемент локальным одноранговым, удаленным одноранговым или узлом для однорангового контакта, представленного этим экземпляром, не имеет отношения к наличию PeerEndPoint в конечной точке PeerEndPointCollection или ContactManager.
