Если список управления доступом (ACL) уже существует для указанного правила, метод по-прежнему добавит правило, за одним исключением: FileSystemAccessRule объект, созданный с помощью Deny значения перечисления, заменяет объект, AddAccessRule созданный с помощью Allow значения перечисления.

При добавлении правила доступа без установки флага Synchronize Synchronize флаг автоматически добавляется в правило. Если правило будет удалено позже без указания флага Synchronize , флаг будет автоматически удален.
