Это свойство позволяет указать поведение ссылок при отображении в элементе управления. Например, если вы хотите, чтобы ссылки отображались с подчеркиванием только при наведении указателя мыши на ссылку, можно задать для этого свойства значение LinkBehavior.HoverUnderline.
