Problem

Du kan inte ansluta till Microsoft Azure Information Protection-tjänsten i Microsoft 365.

Orsak

Det här problemet uppstår om något av följande villkor är sant:

• Azure Information Protection är inte aktiverat för ditt företag.
• Nätverket hindrar dig från att ansluta till Azure Information Protection.

Lösning

Du löser problemet genom att följa dessa steg:

1. Kontrollera att ditt företag är aktiverat för Azure Information Protection. Mer information om hur du gör detta finns på följande Microsoft TechNet-webbplats:

2. Kontakta nätverksadministratören för att se till att nätverket uppfyller kraven för att ansluta till Azure Information Protection. Kraven är följande:

• Inkommande och utgående anslutningar till *.aadrm.com är aktiverade
• Inkommande och utgående anslutningar till .cloudapp.net (rmsoprod-b-rms*.cloudapp.net) är aktiverade
• Port 443 är öppen
