Açıklamalar

Döndürülen ICollection anahtarların sırası belirtilmemiştir, ancak özelliği tarafından Values döndürülen içindeki karşılık gelen değerlerle ICollection aynı sırada olması garanti edilir.

Bu özelliğin değerini almak bir O(1) işlemidir.
