Minute özelliği, özelliğin değerinden Offset etkilenmez.

Yöntemini "m" veya "mm" özel biçim tanımlayıcılarıyla çağırarak nesnenin DateTimeOffset ToString dakika bileşeninin dize gösterimini de oluşturabilirsiniz.
