The window width, in device pixels. The default value is 1.

Remarks

Unlike most methods that take rectangle screen region measures in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), you specify this window's size in device pixels, not in the usual device-independent units. If you need to size your window to its content, set SizeToContent to true.

Do not set Width to 0 (zero). Doing so incurs a substantial performance penalty in rendering.
