NationalSignificantNumberMatch	2	The entire national significant part (area code and subscriber number) of the two numbers match.
NoMatch	0	The two numbers do not match.
ShortNationalSignificantNumberMatch	1	The short national significant part (the subscriber number) of the two numbers match.
