Deprecated. Coordinates the updating of state when creating a new browser view window.

Syntax

HRESULT CreateViewWindow(
  [in]  IShellView *psvNew,
  [in]  IShellView *psvOld,
  [out] LPRECT     prcView,
  [out] HWND       *phwnd
);

Parameters

[in] psvNew

Type: IShellView*

A pointer to the IShellView of the new browser window.

[in] psvOld

Type: IShellView*

A pointer to the IShellView of the old browser window.

[out] prcView

Type: LPRECT

A pointer to a RECT structure that specifies the current dimensions of the browser view.

[out] phwnd

Type: HWND*

A pointer to the new browser window handle.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
