並非所有約會都相同。Not all appointments are the same. 有些只需要幾分鐘的時間,有些人可能需要數小時或更多時間。Some take only a few minutes, while others can take hours or more. 在 Microsoft 預約中,[預約] 頁面是您為您的公司設定排程原則的位置。In Microsoft Bookings, the booking page is where you set the scheduling policies for your business. 排程原則包括約會的期限、可接受的潛在客戶和取消時間,以及自動的預約變更通知。Scheduling policies include the length of appointments, acceptable lead and cancellation times, and automatic notifications of booking changes. 您可以針對 [服務] 頁面中的每個服務新增額外的自訂,以及只套用到該服務的其他期間設定和原則。Additional customization can be added for each service within the Services page, with additional duration settings and policies that apply only to that service.

排程原則的類型Types of scheduling policies

時間增量Time increments 會決定約會之間的間隔。Determines the intervals between appointments. 您可以將時間增量從5分鐘設定為4小時。You can set your time increments from 5 minutes to 4 hours. 您也可以設定自己的自訂時間增量。You can also set your own customized time increments. 例如,如果間隔為15分鐘,表示客戶可以在8:00、8:15、8:30 等位置排程60分鐘約會。An interval of 15 minutes, for example, means a customer could schedule a 60-minute appointment at 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, and so on. 相反地,60分鐘的間隔表示約會只會在一小時內使用。Conversely, a 60-minute interval means that appointments are only available on the hour. 前置時間(小時)Lead time in hours 您可以根據排程的約會建立人員編制計畫,以提前瞭解有多少客戶在一天內可供服務。You build your staffing plan based on the appointments that are scheduled so it's important to know in advance how many customers are coming in for service on any particular day. [前置時間] 原則可讓您指定客戶必須預訂或取消約會的預先時數小時數。The lead time policy enables you to specify the number of hours in advance that customers must book or cancel an appointment.
提前的最長天數Maximum days in advance 如果您想要限制客戶可以預定約會的時間,則這是您的設定!If you want to limit how far in advance customers can book appointments, then this is the setting for you! 您可以設定365天的最大值。You can set the maximum for 365 days or more.

設定您的原則Set your policies

  1. 在 [Microsoft 365] 中,選取應用程式啟動器,然後選取 [預定]。In Microsoft 365, select the app launcher, and then select Bookings.

  2. 在功能窗格中,選取 [ 預約] 頁面In the navigation pane, select Booking page.

  3. 在 [ 排程原則 ] 區段下,選取您的原則。Select your policies under the Scheduling policy section.

  4. 選取 [ 儲存併發布]。Select Save and publish.
