提供 Island API URL 和密钥。 对于美国，API URL 为 https://management.island.io/api/external/v1/timeline；对于欧洲，API URL 为 https://eu.management.island.io/api/external/v1/timeline。 在管理控制台的“设置”>“API”下生成 API 密钥。
