Remarks

Returns the response APDU for a command APDU sent through SIM_IO.

Requires Permission: android.Manifest.permission#MODIFY_PHONE_STATE MODIFY_PHONE_STATE or that the calling app has carrier privileges (see #hasCarrierPrivileges).
