设置 OneDrive 帐户的保留时间To set the retention time for OneDrive accounts

  1. 转到新的 SharePoint 管理中心的“设置”页,然后使用在组织中具有管理员权限的帐户进行登录。Go to the Settings page of the new SharePoint admin center, and sign in with an account that has admin permissions for your organization.

  3. 在"保留已删除用户的 OneDrive 文件天数"框中输入从 30 到 3650 的值。Enter a value from 30 through 3650 in the Days to retain files a deleted user's OneDrive box.

  4. 选择“保存”。Select Save.
