	LabelId	标签的 ID，如表示数据库中。标签 ID 用于生成项目的名称。
	LastModifiedDate	之前标签修改时间戳。
	Name	标签名称。名称 + ServerItem 必须是唯一的。
	OwnerDisplayName	拥有此标签用户的显示名称。
	OwnerName	拥有此标签用户的标识名。
	OwnerUniqueName	拥有此标签用户的唯一标识名。
	Scope	服务器表示标签的范围的项目路径。名称 + 范围必须是唯一的。
