可使属性与某一元素相关联。用 OwnerElement 属性来获取此属性所属的 XmlElement。
XmlElement 类有若干方法，这些方法使您可以访问属性节点（XmlElement.GetAttribute、XmlElement.SetAttribute、XmlElement.RemoveAttribute，等等）。另外，还可以调用 XmlElement.Attributes 属性，该属性将返回 XmlAttributeCollection，使您可以按名称或索引来访问集合中的属性。
