如何使用 PowerPivot 查看 Orchestrator 数据

你可以使用 Microsoft PowerPivot for Microsoft Excel 为 System Center 2012 - Orchestrator 创建报表。 你可以将 PowerPivot 配置为将 Orchestrator Web 服务用作数据源、在来源表中筛选想要使用的数据，以及将表导入到 PowerPivot 工作表中。 PowerPivot 允许你创建表之间的关系，以及处理数据以满足你的要求。 通过使用 PowerPivot 中的数据透视表功能，你可以生成一个报表以使用 PowerPivot 工作簿中所包含的任何数据。

将 Orchestrator Web 服务连接至 PowerPivot for Excel

你必须安装 PowerPivot for Excel 来启用此产品。

PowerPivot for Excel 需要 Excel 2010（64 位或 32 位）。

安装 PowerPivot

  1. 按照安装 PowerPivot for Excel 中的说明进行操作。

使用 PowerPivot 配置与 Orchestrator Web 服务的连接。Orchestrator 使用 PowerPivot 可以使用的开放数据协议 (OData)。

PowerPivot 中的 OData 提供者不支持“Runbook 图表”框中包含的数据。 尝试添加到“Runbook 图表”表中将失败。

创建与 Orchestrator 源的连接

  1. 打开 Excel。

  2. 单击功能区上面的“PowerPivot”选项卡。

  3. 单击功能区上的“PowerPivot 窗口”。 此时将打开“PowerPivot for Excel”这本书。

  4. 单击功能区上的“来自数据源”。 此时将打开“表导入向导”。

  5. 在“数据馈送 URL”框中输入 Orchestrator Web 服务 URL。 Web 服务 URL 在 Orchestrator SQL Server 的端口 81 上。 例如，http://orchestrator:81/Orchestrator2012/Orchestrator.svc。

  6. 单击“测试连接”。

  7. 如果测试连接成功，请单击“确定”并进行下一步。

    如果测试连接失败，请执行以下操作：

    1. 单击"确定"。

    2. 单击“高级”。 此时会打开“高级”对话框。

    3. 在“安全”部分中，将“集成安全性”更改为“基本”。

    4. 将“持久性安全信息”更改为“真”。

    5. 在相应的框中输入你的“用户 ID”和“密码”。

    6. 单击“测试连接”。

    7. 单击“确定”，再单击“确定”。

  8. 单击“下一步”。

  9. 选中想要导入的一个或多个表的复选框。

  10. 若要筛选列，请选择表，单击“预览和过滤”，清除要排除的任何框，然后单击“确定”。

  11. 单击**“完成”**。 数据将会导入。

  12. 单击“关闭”。

创建 Runbook 结果的摘要

以下过程描述了创建数据透视表的步骤，此数据透视表包含所有 Runbook 的列表以及结果计数，结果按照运行 Runbook 实例的 Runbook 服务器分组。

对于此示例，为了让 PowerPivot 导入表，Orchestration 数据库至少必须包含一个 Runbook 中的结果。

创建与数据源的连接

  1. 打开 Excel。

  2. 单击功能区上面的“PowerPivot”选项卡。

  3. 单击功能区上的“PowerPivot 窗口”。 此时将打开“PowerPivot for Excel”这本书。

  4. 单击功能区上的“来自数据源”。 “表导入”向导将会打开。

  5. 在“数据馈送 URL”框中输入 Orchestrator Web 服务 URL。

  6. 单击“下一步”。

  7. 选中“Runbooks”、“RunbookInstances”和“RunbookServers”表的复选框。

  8. 单击**“完成”**。 数据将会导入。

  9. 单击“关闭”。

在 PowerPivot 中创建关系

  1. 在“PowerPivot for Excel”窗口中，选择“RunbookInstance”选项卡。

  2. 右键单击“RunbookId”列的标题以选择“创建关系”。

  3. 在“相关查找表”列表中，选择 Runbook，然后在“相关查找列”列表中，选择 Id，然后单击“创建”。

  4. 右键单击“RunbookServerId”列的标题以选择“创建关系”。

  5. 在“相关查找表”列表中，选择 Runbook 服务器，然后在“相关查找列”列表中，选择 Id，然后单击“创建”。

创建数据透视表

  1. 在“PowerPivot for Excel”窗口中，单击功能区上的“数据透视表”，然后选择“数据透视表”。

  2. 在“创建数据透视表”对话框中，选择“新建工作表”，然后单击“确定”。

  3. 在“PowerPivot 字段列表”中的“RunbookServers”下面，单击“名称”并将其拖到“行标签”框中。

  4. 在“PowerPivot 字段列表”中的“Runbooks”下面，单击“名称”并将其拖到“行标签”框中。

  5. 在“PowerPivot 字段列表”中的“RunbookInstances”下面，单击“状态”并将其拖到“列标签”框中。

  6. 在“PowerPivot 字段列表”中的“RunbookInstances”下面，单击“RunbookId”并将其拖到“汇总值”框中。

  7. 右键单击“RunbookId”以选择“汇总方式”然后单击“计数”。

你现在可以为演示修改默认标签并设置表的格式。
