Operations

Create Or Update	创建或更新故障转移组。
Delete	删除故障转移组。
Failover	把故障从当前的主服务器转移到该服务器。
Force Failover Allow Data Loss	把故障从当前的主服务器转移到该服务器。 此操作可能导致数据丢失。
Get	获取故障转移组。
List By Server	列出某个服务器中的故障转移组。
Update	更新故障转移组。
