The report can be sorted by the time periods Recent or Ever. By default, the Recent time period is set to the last 14 days, but you can change this setting to be any value from 1 to 14 days. For information about how to change the Recent time period, see "To change the Recent time period for a usage event" in Configure recommendations and usage event types in SharePoint Server 2013. The Ever time period is from the first time that the item became available up to present day.
