Rotates matrix m by angle a (in degrees) around the axis (x, y, z).

Rotates matrix m in place by angle a (in degrees) around the axis (x, y, z).

RotateM(Single[], Int32, Single[], Int32, Single, Single, Single, Single)

Rotates matrix m by angle a (in degrees) around the axis (x, y, z).
