以空格分隔的專案功能清單，格式與__VSHPROPID5相同。VSHPROPID_ProjectCapabilities -- 允許 null 和空白，並在評估期間產生一組空的專案功能。

capabilityAppliesToExpression

String

功能運算式，例如 "(VisualC | CSharp) + (MSTest | NUnit)"。 '|' 是 OR 運算符。 '&' 和 '+' 字元都是 AND 運算符。 '！' 字元是 NOT 運算符。 括弧會強制評估優先順序。 Null 或空白運算式會判斷值為相符項目。
