取得值，表示這個轉換器是否可以將所指定來源型別中的物件轉換成轉換器的原生型別。

實作 ITypeDescriptorContext 的物件，提供內容相關資訊給型別轉換子 (Type Converter)，讓型別轉換子執行轉換。

所要求轉換的物件之 Type。

Boolean

如果 sourceType 是字串則為 true，否則為 false。

方法 ConvertFrom 只能從字串轉換，因此 CanConvertFrom 唯一會在是字串時 sourcetype 傳回 true 。

CanConvertFrom不使用 context 參數。
