1. 發行者名稱1. Publisher Name

您的發行者名稱必須是唯一的。Your publisher name must be unique. 如果您的帳戶不代表任何公司、政府機關或其他實體,則不應該做出這類陳述。You should not represent your account to be from a company, government body, or other entity if you do not have permission to make that representation. 這包括但不限於使用易遭誤解的發行者名稱或與其他知名實體類似的名稱。This includes, but is not limited to, using publisher names that are misleading, or similar to the names of well-known entities.

2. 信譽良好的 Microsoft Store 帳戶2. Store Account in Good Standing

您必須為 Microsoft Store 開發人員帳戶維持良好的信譽。Your Store developer account must remain in good standing. 這包括但不限於提供精確且最新的資訊給 Microsoft、不違反我們的原則或應用程式開發人員合約,以及在 Microsoft Store 中維持活躍狀態。This includes, but is not limited to, providing Microsoft with accurate and current information, not violating our policies or the App Developer Agreement, and staying active in the Store.

3. 詐騙或不誠實的活動3. Fraudulent or Dishonest Activities

您不得在 Microsoft Store 或合作夥伴中心從事任何詐騙或不誠實的活動。You may not engage in any fraudulent or dishonest activities in the Store or Partner Center. 這包括 (但不限於) 嘗試操縱您的應用程式或任何其他應用程式的排行、搜尋結果、評等或評論;干擾其他人使用 Microsoft Store 服務 (或 Microsoft 提供的任何相關服務);嘗試任何形式的金融舞弊 (包括但不限於任何廣告曝光或點擊詐欺);從事任何與您的應用程式中廣告庫存或廣告創意有關的詐欺行為;或者使用直接或間接方式,未經授權存取或嘗試存取個人資訊,以及任何其他類似資訊。This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate the ranking, search results, ratings or reviews for your app or any other app; interfering with any other party’s use of the Store service (or any related services offered by Microsoft); attempting any form of financial fraud (including, but not limited to any advertising impression or click fraud); engaging in any fraudulent activity with regard to the advertising inventory and advertising creative in your application; or obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to personal information, whether by direct or indirect means, and any use of such information.
