Are you using KMS o activate your MS office? if yes please check with your IT Administrator, and if you are using MS365 try to disconnect the account and reconnect it, also if you're activating using a license key try to repair the office products, because it sems you're using not a genuine Office license.

I have purchase genuine license from amazon. But from past 3-4 days I am continuously receiving following error. Please guide me how to resolve the issue.

How did you activate the Office? Did you enter the product key or sign in Microsoft account?
I suggest you try to check the license status:- Open an elevated Command Prompt window.
- Type the following command to navigate to the Office folder.
For 32-bit (x86) Office:
cd c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\
For 64-bit (x64) Office:
cd c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\
Type the following command, and then press Enter:
cscript OSPP.VBS /dstatus
