Checks whether the Power Platform account is cached.

Syntax

Test-PowerAppsAccount []

Description

The Test-PowerAppsAccount cmdlet checks the cache and calls Add-PowerAppsAccount if the user account running the command is not in the cache. Use Get-Help Test-PowerAppsAccount -Examples for more detail.
