New Teams chats disappeared

I have noticed the current version of teams, will be unsupported from 1st July 2024. However, when I try the new version, all my chats since December 2023 have disappeared. Ho can I ensure my chat are saved, so when I change over, they are not all lost?

As far as I know we can pin 15 chats in teams but when when i am trying to Pin 13 chat . Pop up comes and shows only 15 allowed remove one and try again i already repair the teams with the windows settings with no success id there any thing to try?
