While typing random format changes are made.

When typing a character such as an 'r', the formatting is automatically changed to the right justified option. When typing a 'p' the print option is opened. What is going on?

Can private sites be visible in the 'edit scope' of backup policy?

Customer is trying to access the sites in 'edit scope' in the Backup policy in Sharepoint. But he is unable to view the Private sites. This is happening for the Site admins too. Is this an expected behavior or an issue?
