Page status is stuck on "Loading"

If you try to view a video and the video viewer shows the status message "loading" without the video ever starting, you may not have JavaScript enabled.

To enable JavaScript if you're using Windows Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.

  2. Click the Security tab.

  3. In the Select a zone to view or change security settings box, select Internet.

  4. In the Security level for this zone box, click Default level, and then click OK.

  5. Press F5 to refresh the page.

To enable JavaScript if you're using Firefox

  1. If you use Microsoft Windows, click the Tools menu, and then click Options.

    If you use Mac OS X v10.4 or later, click the Firefox menu, and then click Preferences.

  2. Click the Content tab.

  3. Select the Enable JavaScript check box, and then click OK.

  4. Press F5 to refresh the Bing Video page.
