Services & subscriptions missing Office 2019 keys

We have several account.microsoft.com office accounts, which we use to register our OEM copies of Office 2019 when we buy them (25 copies per account).

We then use the office product key / date to track each copy of office so we know the key for each machine just in case we have to reinstall office.

Microsoft seem to have stopped publishing the office keys on the Services & subscriptions list so now all we have if a list saying office 2019 & the date it was installed. If we now register more than 1 copy of office in a day we have no idea which copy it would be in the list.

If we then have to reinstall office in the future, we do not now know which office installer to use in the list if more than one copy of office was activated that day. We used to note the serial number / install date for each copy so when we activated it we new which copy it was.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, if so, is there a way around it.

Same problem in my case - several accounts, many office packages but now I completely lost tracking on which machines which particular product is installed (Office 2013, 2016, 2019). I understand if you have 1 PC, 1 office and 1 ms account - simple BUT in corporate world things are not so simple and trivial. I was relaying on ms portal where product keys were visible and I didn't store them anywhere locally and I know I am not the only one with same system of organizing things.
I think there is no need to explain how tracking of 1 office package installed 5 yrs ago goes in this case, especially if you have 20 packages registered on the same account and 4 of these were registered on the same day - no way to manage without product keys. Please reverse it to previous state and keep them logical and simple!

I also have the same issue. I need to install Office 2019 but the keys are gone that I used to identify the copies. As the other posters have stated this is a problem for many Office users.

We have the same problem here at our business. This change simply devastates my ability to purchase and assign MS Office licenses to new users/computers at our company.

Please, please, PLEASE revert the account portal back to show product keys as before. Signing in with a Microsoft account for activation is not sufficient as you cannot tell which purchased seat you are activating on the machine.

    Hi @Meeee ,
    Welcome to Q&A forum!

In order to protect the privacy and rights of users, we may currently only be able to find the last five digits of the product key through the following script commands.
    For 64-bit Office: cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
    For 32-bit Office: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16

Then run: cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus, the result is shown in the figure below.

If you need a complete product key (25 characters), I suggest you contact Microsoft directly for support.
Hope the information could help you.

I have the same trouble. I don't mind MS hind the Key. However, If the portal can display the Machine name, or let us add note to each product we purchased, that will work. I know you want everyone to have one MS account or everyone just jump on MS365, but many people have multiple computers. How can these people know which product is activated on which computer?

My guess is MS will stop selling the retail version of Office in the next couple of years. They will only offer Office via Office365 so everyone will need an Office365 account. I bet that is what they are going to do next.
