Services & subscriptions missing Office 2019 keys

We have several account.microsoft.com office accounts, which we use to register our OEM copies of Office 2019 when we buy them (25 copies per account).

We then use the office product key / date to track each copy of office so we know the key for each machine just in case we have to reinstall office.

Microsoft seem to have stopped publishing the office keys on the Services & subscriptions list so now all we have if a list saying office 2019 & the date it was installed. If we now register more than 1 copy of office in a day we have no idea which copy it would be in the list.

If we then have to reinstall office in the future, we do not now know which office installer to use in the list if more than one copy of office was activated that day. We used to note the serial number / install date for each copy so when we activated it we new which copy it was.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, if so, is there a way around it.

adding my company to the list of complains. i agree with all the complains and share the pain. this has been going on since late 2020.

i am surprised at the limited number of people/organizations who have raised this up with Microsoft in this forum.

when i called Customer Service/Tech Support, all they could tell me is my organization is not the only one who has raised this complaint. but they are unfortunately not equipped to help me beyond empathizing with me/my org. same reply when i contacted Live Chat/Help 3 months back.

any ideas on how we can get Microsoft's attention on this outside of this Forum/platform? Twitter? or other soc med platforms?

We all have the same problem. Can we have a petition to bring back the old UI where we can see the licenses installed in our machines. Microsoft gave us a hard time finding each one of them. We also called Microsoft support regarding this matter, but they can not answer us on what to do about the issue, they can't give a solution.

The big problem is when we need to reinstall office in the future. Right now we are having a hard time because because we cannot see the product license for each machine. And most especially we have multiple Microsoft account because as you know it has a limit of license record per account.

Do you have a work around about this issue we are facing? We already did that script commands but it doesn't help and other third party open source doesn't help either. TYIA.

So whats the update? 2019 and 2021 keys removed from the page. Says sign in with your account to activate.

The issue I see is that when signing in with one account is that OneDrive, Excel, Word uses that account later on. What I found is that if I sign out of that account Office stays activated. Still says copy belongs to the email address but that is fine. At least it does not give access to save files to onedrive.

I guess not a lot of complains because everybody just buys a copy and then installs a somewhat illegal version. What else is there to do when Microsoft does not give alternatives?

What are the options to manage all the keys for different machines? I don't want to suggest illegal options but I also don't want to waste time getting access to users account if the license is put under the user's email.

It's so hard to get attention to the problem. They just make changes and forget. Like the new changes are always better. Well... most recent ones are horrible.

Finally, I have a reason to setup and use py-kms on a local linux box. We don't want to get a single Microsoft account for our 100 employes. Do you get that, Microsoft? And running around and login and logout with an account for every installtion is not really a solution. Thanks for nothing, Microsoft.
