This feature is currently in General Availability.

Offers need to be created as fast as possible. Administrators can define the package templates in such a way that offer creators can focus on the values that are most important to them to get the offer out of the door quickly. Candidates are more likely to accept an offer if an offer is quickly rolled out to them after they have been selected for an open job.

Some of the key features as part of the next wave of offer management capability are:

  • Ability for offers to be sent and signed via Adobe Sign and DocuSign.

  • Offer emails will be configurable and the appropriate email template can be chosen and edited as necessary before the offer is sent to the candidate.
