Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Unified Interface

  • When opening a calendar flyout in the close opportunity dialog box, the "ok" and "cancel" buttons overlapped with the calendar control in the Sales Hub.*
  • Cases in the Customer Service Workspace app may not have been after switching between cases and then refreshing the "My Active Cases" tab.
  • In the Sales Hub when the "Allow unresolved email addresses" setting was enabled, email addresses with a hyphen (-) before the at sign (@) were ignored.
  • In the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app, in offline mode, text could not be added to a note in the timeline.
