The table below gives an overview of the current version and next version of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for your organization. If you would like to review the release notes for any release just click on the version number for either current or next. Note: Service Update naming conventions reflect the link between version number and Service Update number. For example, Service Update 126 corresponds to version number 18.104.22.168xx. Version numbers may change throughout the deployment process. If you receive version 22.214.171.12423 or version 126.96.36.19925; you are receiving Service Update 126.
Occasionally a Service Update will be canceled and all associated fixes will be rolled into a subsequent Service Update. For this reason, Service Update numbers may not always increase incrementally.
