Accessibility

  • When using tab navigation in the "More header editable fields" popup, keyboard focus was lost when tabbing to the last control in the pop.
  • When browsing the "Related" drop down menu within an account entity grid, the menu would not close and keyboard focus did not move outside of the menu.
  • When tabbing to an account profile picture, the screen reader announced "Quick view card form" instead of the account name.
  • When using the "ESC" key to close the "Related" dropdown menu within the "Queue item details" control, the menu did not close in the Customer Service Workspace app.
  • When selecting the "Regenerate" button within a case entity summary, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers did not announce the "summarizing case" progress message.
