Accessibility

  • When performing a search in the Omnichannel Agent Dashboard, the cancel button may have been obscured when using certain display resolutions or page zoom settings.*

Unified Interface

  • When scheduling a service activity as an all day event, the end time duration was set to 30 minutes instead of 24 hrs.
  • When editing filters in an account entity, a portion of the combo boxes in the advanced filter dialog were not labeled.
  • When adding an item with a long name to the attachment control, the item name overlapped with the size column in the attachment grid.
  • When adding an item with an unsupported extension to the attachment control, the file was added to the attachment grid and the unsupported extension message was not displayed.
  • When applying a filter with the "Contains" conditional criteria, the filter text box contained a "%" sign.
  • When selecting the "all assigned leads" button in the Sales Hub, the "My open leads" grid opened instead of the "all records" grid.
