The start path offset between [0, 1] - inclusive.
- stop
- Single
The stop path offset between [0, 1] - inclusive.
Returns
Returns the new SKPathEffect, or null on error.
Remarks
If either the start or stop values are outside the [0, 1] range (inclusive), they will be pinned to the nearest legal value.
