View. On Item Deleted(FormViewDeletedEventArgs) Method
Raises the ItemDeleted event.
protected: virtual void OnItemDeleted(System::Web::UI::WebControls::FormViewDeletedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnItemDeleted (System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewDeletedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnItemDeleted : System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewDeletedEventArgs -> unit override this.OnItemDeleted : System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewDeletedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnItemDeleted (e As FormViewDeletedEventArgs)
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnItemDeleted method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnItemDeleted(FormViewDeletedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnItemDeleted(FormViewDeletedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
