Service Packs and Hotfixes for Personal Data Keeper for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013

R2 for Personal Data Keeper for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 is now available!

Overview

Periodically a service pack or hotfix is released to resolve issues. This page will be updated with the most current service pack downloads. All service packs and hotfixes are cumulative.

Installation Instructions

1. Install Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2 or later for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Click HERE to go to the download page.
2. Download the hotfix file below. NOTE: This is not a full install of PDK.
3. Double-click the MSP file and the installation wizard will walk you through the installation.
4. In the Data folder of the Personal Data Keeper directory, find and open the Dex.ini file.
5. Change the line that reads Synchronize=FALSE to be Synchronize=TRUE.
6. Save the file.
7. Start Personal Data Keeper and answer Yes to include new code.
8. When Personal Data Keeper closes, start it again and log in. The version of PDK should now be 12.00.1714.
9. Repeat Steps 1-8 on each workstation that has PDK installed.
