Sellers engage with multiple customers daily and it can get difficult to stay on top of each interaction. Now they can be guided with relevant insights and suggestions. Dynamics 365 Sales will suggest the best actions that need to be performed at the right time. This will help your sellers to maximize their output.
As part of the suggestion to sellers on next best actions, the system will guide the sellers on the best time to send an email to the customer. The seller would also have the ability to schedule the email to be sent at a particular time.
This functionality can improve the response rate from the customers and make the sellers more efficient.
