Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales
Dynamics 365 Sales customers have limited capabilities included within the Sales Enterprise, Sales Premium, and Relationship Sales licenses. The standard functionality showcases capabilities such as email replies and conversation intelligence in Teams. With the purchase of Copilot for Sales customers can access the full functionality which includes the combined experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Premium users only need to purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot to activate Copilot for Sales.
