The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When modifying the Document Management settings in the Sales Hub, the NVDA screen reader announced the SharePoint edit field as a "table."

Sales

  • Newly created opportunities were not opened when selecting the “Your changes were saved. View Record” toast notification.

Solutions

  • When scheduling a service activity in the Customer Service Hub, the activity had a "partially available" availability label in the Service Calendar.
  • When opening an existing case the Customer Service Team Member app, the Resolve Case command was available and the Close Case command was not present.
  • When modifying work hours using a custom repeat section, the modifications were not reflected in the Field Service app.*

Unified Interface

  • When opening an account entity in a side panel, the entity name in the form header was displayed with an incorrect font size.
  • When using an advanced filter in an opportunity entity, the filter results grid displayed an incorrect record count.
  • On mobile devices, entities that contained long names with several characters overlapped with the content within the Progress column value in the offline status tab.*
  • Some operations in option set fields could not be filtered.*
  • When a record was opened in a new tab, it did not display in the recent item panel.
  • On mobile devices, when selecting a date in the date picker control and clicking "set," the control closed and opened with a different date.*
  • On iOS, when selecting the far-left of a date/time form field in the date picker control, the date picker control did not appear and the form field became editable.*
  • When entering or editing any value in the primary contact lookup field of an account entity, the lookup field was unresponsive.*
  • In offline mode, when creating a note with a description in an account or contact entity, the Rich Text Editor commands were not visible in the Timeline note description.*
  • The System Setting dialog box was unresponsive when modifying session timeout settings for an organization.*
  • Failures occurred when loading grids within an environment while using Internet Explorer 11.*

  • An error and timeouts occurred when emails tracked in queued mailboxes attempted to synchronize with Exchange mailboxes.*

  • An error occurred in the PDF export dialog box when exporting a PDF template from an account or quotes entity grid in the Sales Hub.*
  • An error occurred when uploading an image into an entity record template in the Sales Hub.*

  • An error occurred when viewing run history for macros within agent experiences.
