Service Update 22012 for Dataverse 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 22012.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using keyboard navigation to delete items in the "Email templates" tab, focus was applied to non-interactive content in the confirmation dialog box.
  • When viewing email templates within personalization settings and zoom was set to 200%, the focus on column headers was not visible.
  • Within the Advance Settings menu, buttons within settings were being announced as links by Narrator.
  • When using keyboard navigation, focus was not visible on the first and last menu item within the ‘Currency’ dropdown within Personalization settings.
  • When saving details to a filter control, keyboard focus was set to the ‘Ok’ button rather than the ‘Name’ edit field.
  • In the Sales App, after creating a list on a dashboard, names for grid cells were not specified and as such could not be recognized by screen readers.
  • When editing filters within personalization settings, no tooltip was displayed when the dropdown icon was in focus.
  • Narrator did not announce all information present within tooltips in the advanced settings menu.
  • At 200% screen zoom, the Background Process header dropdown and search box were compressed and not completely visible.
  • Focus was trapped on checkbox selection when using tab navigation within the Audit History section of the Currency personalization settings menu.
  • When page zoom was set to 100% or 200%, tooltips were not shown for grid items with cell content that runs longer than the cell length within the Audit History section of the Currency personalization settings menu.
  • Tooltips were not announced by screen readers when focus was on select record shortcuts within the Background Processes menu.
  • Screen readers recognized synchronization options within personalization settings as links rather than buttons.
  • When closing the user filter dropdown within the Personalization settings offline menu, focus went back to the top of the page rather than the next control.
  • In the Personalization settings menu, Narrator was announcing the position of items in a dropdown list incorrectly.

Knowledge Management

  • The ‘Finish’ button was incorrectly displayed, in some scenarios, within the Knowledge Base article publication process.

Solutions

  • Global email template custom solutions with ARC rules could't be imported to other environments that don't contain the template prior.

Unified Interface

  • In the Customer Service Hub, the notification panel header was not centered in the correct position.
  • The "%" symbol was used as a wildcard character when filtering data within a column in a PCF grid, while the "*" symbol was used as a wildcard character for search boxes.
  • Within the Customer Service Hub, checkboxes within Audit History were inaccessible via Keyboard navigation.*

Sales

  • An error occurred when adding a marketing list to a campaign within Sales Hub.*

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when selecting the "See all" button in the Service Tasks, Services, and Products Sub grids in the Field Service mobile app.
  • An error occurred when creating a new account or opening any existing account in the Dynamics 365 mobile app, intermittently.
  • An error occurred when performing an offline sync in the Field service mobile app, while in offline mode.
