Service Update 22014 for Dataverse 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 22014.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When zoom settings were set to 400%, the Advanced Lookup link was not present in Lookup popup page and the search bar, results grid and other operations were not accessible.*
  • The NVDA screen reader was announcing all keystrokes within a search string, regardless of user settings.*
  • When using keyboard navigation, focus did not go to the correct menu items within the Customer Service Hub.*
  • The accessibility screen reader did not announce the reducing wait time for an incoming call within the Omnichannel for Customer Service app.*
  • When viewing the "recent cases" grid within a Reference Panel, the page navigation button were not visible until the grid was scrolled to the right.
  • When a BPF entity was in docked mode, the NVDA screen reader did not announce that a case had been reactivated after selecting “Reactivate a Case.”
  • Focus did not following proper navigation order when using Tab to navigate the Audit History section of the Currency personalization settings menu.
  • On Android, Voice Assistant did not announce the correct control type when viewing the list of available entities in the Field Service Administrative Dashboard while in offline mode.*
  • In Windows 10, Narrator announced, “zero records found” unnecessarily when there was not a dropdown item list with records to announce.
  • When creating a new case entity and setting Escalation Date details, the "2021: year button in the date picker did not contain a name property.*
  • When creating a new dashboard view with multiple tables in the Customer Service Hub, the Jaws/NVDA Screen readers did not announce a unique name for the "Search this view" text field in each table.

Marketing

  • The Collaboration settings Icon was not displayed in the Settings overview menu.

Unified Interface

  • When performing a solution upgrade, two Active Notification Template grids were present under Templates column in the Omnichannel admin center.*
  • When opening any entity form that contained a sub grid in the Customer Service Workspace, the subgrid did not automatically refresh.*
  • On iPadOS, when setting a date via native date/time controls, the changes did not reflect until after a new field was selected.*
  • When applying a filter to any column using a value not present in the column, the filter results did not contain any rows of data.
  • In the Sales App, Narrator announced the wrong positions for the section items within Activities.
  • When navigating to any home page that contained lookup columns and selecting the "equal" condition, a variable name was visible instead of the value for the lookup filter.
  • When focus was on an input field, all text in the input field was selected, rather than placing a cursor at the beginning of the input field.*

Unified Interface

  • In Sales Hub, an error occurred when opening a chart within a customer view or opening a new view in advanced find.*
  • An error occurred when selecting views or performing actions within a Bookings Calendar, on mobile devices in offline mode.*
