Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When opening the account summary for a record in the Customer Service Hub, the Narrator and NVDA screen reader did not the dialog menu for the selected records.
  • The Voice Over screen reader did not apply focus to the selected view page, when using touch commands to select any value in the view selector grid within a case entity.

Solutions

  • When saving or discarding a new record in a contact entity, the command bar options for new records remained and the saved record command bar options were not present.
  • When viewing a bookable resource on a tablet device and changing the screen orientation, the booking number overlapped the bookable resource booking label.

Unified Interface

  • The Select All button was not displayed within PCF grid container.*
  • When searching for an existing record in an editable grid, the Primary Contact lookup field did not show a flyout when selected.
  • When creating a new row in a grid without saving, the look up menu filters were not applied to the grid rows.*
  • Activities, notes, or posts on the timeline were truncated after expanding the entry on the timeline.*
  • When focus was applied to a quick action button within search flyout, the "escape" button had to be selected twice to close the search flyout.
  • When focus was applied to the "help" control in the Teams app, the TalkBack screen reader redirected to the help page and announced irrelevant information that was not present on the help page.
  • When opening a calendar flyout in the close opportunity dialog box, the "ok" and "cancel" buttons overlapped with the calendar control in the Sales Hub.
  • When applying focus to active case management submissions, a portion of the active submissions details page was not visible while in high contrast mode.
  • When local language settings were set to French, the suggestions for Knowledge Article authors contained english language translations.

  • An error occurred when deleting user-owned entities with polymorphic lookup and audit enabled.

  • An error occurred when creating a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for custom entity in the Customer Service Hub app.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when using the field service mobile app after switching to offline mode before all available data was updated and synchronized.*
  • An error occurred and the form did not load when navigating to the "Primary Contact" tab in an account record.
