Defines values for ProvisioningState.

Fields

CANCELLED	The last operation for the account is cancelled.
CREATING	The account is being created.
DELETING	The account is being deleted.
FAILED	The last operation for the account is failed.
INVALID	The account is in an invalid state.
SUCCEEDED	The account has been created and is ready for use.
