Dynamics 365 can also collect information around your social media posts. Performance visibility to social posts is provided by insights straight from the Customer Insights - Journeys app. Here you can see detailed KPIs like reactions, comments, impressions, reach, and other details. To view insights for your social posts go to Marketing> Marketing execution > Social posts. Next, select the desired post from the calendar, and then open the Insights tab.
